<p><span style="color:#333333; font-family:Tahoma">Regina Zwilling was looking for a new way to physically challenge herself when she stumbled upon her first yoga class about 10 years ago. Thousands of Downward Dogs later, she still finds joy in the strong physical aspect that Yoga offers. Her true work lies in living her Yoga off the mat as well. Regina has been blessed with countless beautiful teachers&#8211;most notably the students in front of her in each and every class. Her primary teaching influence has been Ana Forrest. &#8220;Through this challenging vinyasa, we can learn grace and calmness, as well as the strength of our own Spirit.&#8221;<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This annual winter show is courtesy of the Ouray County Arts Association.  All entries are welcome including any art or craft, such as fine art, jewelry, needlework, and and other art form. Must be ready to hang/display. Bin work is also accepted. </p>
<p><span style="color: #ff0000;">Registration:</span> 9 a.m. &#8211; noon, Friday, February 13, 2009, Ouray Community Center.</p>

<p><span style="color: #ff0000;">Awards:</span> This is a non-juried show. There will be one award of $50 for People&#8217;s Choice.</p>
