Enjoy a weekend of yoga in the heart of the San Juan Mountains

Regina Zwilling celebrates with Innermountain Yoga

MARCH 6, 7 & 8 FOR TEACHERS AND STUDENTS ALIKE

Regina Zwilling was looking for a new way to physically challenge herself when she stumbled upon her first yoga class about 10 years ago. Thousands of Downward Dogs later, she still finds joy in the strong physical aspect that Yoga offers. Her true work lies in living her Yoga off the mat as well. Regina has been blessed with countless beautiful teachers–most notably the students in front of her in each and every class. Her primary teaching influence has been Ana Forrest. “Through this challenging vinyasa, we can learn grace and calmness, as well as the strength of our own Spirit.”

* The Art of Adjustments

* Personal and Professional Ethics

* Teaching critiques — You will teach and be provided with feedback regarding your teaching
